Communication was poor. All status and clarification were initiated by us. Required multiple follow ups.
Installer made a mess of our wall above the single door and left holes in the vapour barrier open to the insulation. In new construction maybe not an issue but in existing builds they should ensure the building envelope is maintained when they modify it.
