When I opened the box snd found nothing I phoned the office and was informed they don’t give out instructions nor are they available which made no sense to me. I did find one on the garaga web site no thanks to Doormasters.

Had a fire in my garage. Was very stressful but doormasters had taken that stress away. They made the process painless and the door came sooner than expected. I couldn’t make up my mind on colour. The sales went out of her way too help with that.
Note I did call another company and they couldn’t even come and see the job. Not personal at all compared to doormasters where they came over and explained the whole process highly recommend.
