Installed product:

No customer service, emailed and talked with Jessie about issues. Poor install on sensor wiring, defective door seal. They are not willing to address either issue.
Very disappointed.

I have tried contacting Red Deer Doormaster two times and no one has even bothered to return my call or e-mail.
