Paid invoice in full when we received it. It was $200 more than what was quoted. Then we received an email stating we owed $107 dollars more, I replied to this email and two more that came stating we… Read more Paid invoice in full when we received it. It was $200 more than what was quoted. Then we received an email stating we owed $107 dollars more, I replied to this email and two more that came stating we were paid in full. Never received a reply from Doormasters so I phoned them, they explained this was a new invoice and I owe $107 dollars more. I was stunned that they would revise it after I paid the original one in full. No breakdown of what’s owing so I asked for this and still have not received.

Lena, The original quote you received was for the operator and parts only. On all service calls, any extra parts as well as labour and travel are billed hourly. You were initially sent a copy of the sales order before the invoice was generated. Once the invoice was finalized and verified it was forwarded for final payment with the balance owing. The invoice that you have received has a complete breakdown of what the charges are for. We do appreciate your business and apologize for any confusion this has caused.Customer service
